Welcome to the Heartland Games 2017 presented by Fitness Proven Competitions and Nutrition 53

Fitness Proven Competitions is proud to bring you the Heartland Games 2017 for the second year in a row. The Heartland Games 2017 is a 1-day individual, and 1-day team event hosted at The FitExpo Chicago inside the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. This will be an event for expert and novice CrossFitters. If you were looking to qualify for regionals, and just barely missed, this is your chance to be under the bright lights on a big stage. If you’re new to CrossFit, and are looking to do your first, or maybe second competition, our scaled division will be perfect for you.

When:
Saturday May 6th will be the individual competition
Sunday May 7th will be the team competition

Where: Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Rosemont, IL

Divisions:
Individual: Rx-Men, Women ($95), Intermediate/Scaled-Men, Women ($80)
Teams (2 men, 2 women): Rx ($380), Scaled ($320)

Rx (30 spots each M/W/Team): This is for the highly competitive athletes. Those who are both strong and skilled in gymnastics movements. Signing up for Rx means you're ready to be tested at a high level no matter what is thrown at you! Podium finishers will get cash and product prizes will be awarded with sponsors including Nutrition 53, Compex, Fitaid, Rx Bar, Boxstar Apparel, and more!

Intermediate/scaled (30 spots each M/W/Team): This division is for those who are new to competing, but have been CrossFitting enough to have a decent skill set. As a scaled athlete you may lack some high end gymnastic skills or elite strength, but you can push yourself in workouts and enjoy a competitive environment. You may go Rx from time to time but the majority of the time you need to modify something, or when you do go Rx your times are middle of the pack. Podium finishers will get product prizes from our sponsors.

Registration starts February 1st and ends April 26th! Register before April 18th to be guaranteed a t-shirt!

There will be 2 events done PRIOR to the weekend that will not only be counted as your first two scores for the event, but also determine heats for the day of. These events will be announced the day after registration closes (April 27th). Athletes will have until May 1st to film, upload, and submit their videos for review.

Weekend event workouts will be announced April 14th.

Heats schedule and times will be announced Thursday May 4th.
